Terms & Conditions: 3-Week Guarantee

At Verni Nail Spa we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our nail services. To ensure you’re completely satisfied with your experience, we offer a 3-week guarantee on all our manicure and pedicure services, including gel nails and extensions.

Our Guarantee:
    •   Our nail services come with a three-week guarantee on all gel applications, ensuring durability and long-lasting wear. If you experience any lifting, chipping, or peeling within this period, we will gladly fix it at no additional cost. However, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. This guarantee applies exclusively to gel-based services, including gel polish, hard gel, and builder gel. Regular nail polish is not covered under this guarantee due to its natural wear and shorter lifespan. To maintain the integrity of your nails, we recommend following proper aftercare and avoiding excessive exposure to harsh chemicals.

Exclusions:
    •    The guarantee does not cover damage caused by activities such as excessive hand washing, rough handling, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
    •    The guarantee is only valid for the service originally provided (e.g., if you received a gel manicure, this applies to gel nails only).
    •    Any alterations to the original design, including color changes or additional nail art, are not covered under this guarantee.

How to Redeem:
If your nails are not up to standard within 3 weeks of your appointment, please contact us immediately to schedule a correction. Our team will be happy to assist you and ensure your nails are back to perfection.
